Welcome to the team, Julia!

We are really delighted to welcome to the team, Julia. Julia joins us as the Personal Assistant to our Director Andrew, and as our Office Manager. We are so thrilled she has joined us, with her wealth of experience in the corporate sector. To get to know Julia, we asked her three BIG questions.

What did you do before joining Edincare?

My previous role was PA to the CEO & Directors of Thrive Homes Ltd, a Housing Association covering Herts, Beds & Bucks. Prior to that I worked for the CEO of BP Marine Ltd for over 8 years and my early career was as a Legal Secretary. I also worked for Grant Thornton – I’ve covered it all.

What are you most looking forward to in the new role?

I am really excited to make a difference to the working ways of the MD and to get my teeth into the Office Manager role.  I hope to make some really good working relationships with colleagues and make differences which will matter.

What’s one thing that isn’t on your LinkedIn profile, that people won’t know about you?

I have played piano since I was six years old. I still play regularly at home, although I’m not as good as I used to be but it’s a great way to wind down. Also, I have two boys aged 13 and 22 so I have to be on the ball at all times.
