As our business deals with sewage and waste water, we provide an essential service. According to the government guidelines, we are able to operate fully, albeit with strict Covid-19 Health & Safety practices in place.

We are available 24/7 for emergencies, and are also still available for routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance.

It is essential that even during this difficult period, that pumps and drainage systems continue to be maintained. This is particularly critical in such situations where the pumps are left dormant for a sustained period of time as they are designed to operate regularly. Failure to maintain equipment can lead to damage to the equipment and the property. Additionally, insurance policies typically require all essential electrical/mechanical equipment to be regularly maintained as per the manufacturer guidelines so that the policy remains valid.

We have taken all sensible steps in line with the Government guidelines to safeguard you and our team from the spread of the Coronavirus. All engineers are fully equipped with the necessary PPE to ensure you and our team remain safe and healthy during our site visit.
