A message from Andrew

At Edincare Pumps we’re accustomed to looking ahead rather than at the road already travelled, but with the passing of this milestone we should reflect on where our journey started, the route we took, and be proud of how far we’ve travelled.

Innovation has been the beating heart of Edincare from the beginning and remains the engine of our success. We continue to develop new products, expand our range of services and explore new opportunities — all supported by sustained year-on-year growth.

The recent founding of Edincare Drains and Edincare Plastics were important milestones in the company’s history, and significant investments in its future. Both have proved very successful, and we look forward to growing these divisions in the coming years.

For over a decade we have shared our knowledge and expertise with other companies by offering white label products. The trusted and enduring partnerships we’ve forged continue to drive us forward.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our many partners, suppliers and customers, and look forward to many more years of shared success.

Finally, and most importantly, I would like to say a very big thank you to our staff, past and present, without whom none of this would have been possible.

As the company enters its fourth decade, I’m excited and optimistic for the future.

Some significant milestones on our journey…

	1993 Omni Pump International Limited trading as Edincare was incorporated on the 27th April 1993. In the early days we supplied porcelain toilets with integrated macerators, along with below-sink pumping systems.
	2005 This year we introduced a small range of below ground packaged pumping stations. Over the following years we broadened this range, resulting in significant growth in the business.
	2008 We commissioned our first rotationally moulded tool enabling us to deliver a competitively priced products within days to our customers, setting us apart from our competitors. Today we own many rotational moulding tools and are actively developing more.
	2009 Due to years of sustained growth, we moved from Mark Road in Hemel Hempstead to the nearby Heron Business Park where we’re currently headquartered.
	2010s We began to lend our expertise by developing and manufacturing white label goods for other companies, forging trusted and enduring partnerships in the process.
	2010 Our first service vehicle hits the road providing planned servicing and an emergency response. We have continually expanded the Service Department with the addition of more engineers, service vehicles, and broadening the services we offer.
	2012 We first achieves ISO 9001 certification. Today we are accredited with many organisations, attesting to the high standards we hold ourselves to in all aspects of our business.
	2015 We launch our AquaSafe Alarm, a compact high level alarm for automatic pumping systems.
	2017 Aqua365 launches offering real-time remote monitoring of pumping stations through our dedicated web portal, and emergency alerts via email and SMS.
	2019 We create Edincare Drains to provide tankering, jetting and drainage CCTV services. The division goes from strength to strength, broadening the services provided and lending support to other pump and drainage companies.
	2020 In November our MagnaPro chambers won the Construction News Specialist Award for Innovation of the Year (Contractor). In December, our Production and Warehouse Department moved to Prologis Park, nearly tripling our capacity. The building also provides improved welfare facilities and a training suite.
	2022 We launched Edincare Plastics after purchasing an injection moulding machine. We have designed and tooled a range of ABS drainage parts which we manufacture in-house.
