Can Edincare Pumps advise on the correct pump station chamber storage?
Yes we can, provided we have the number of bedrooms, houses, commercial type, number of customers/staff/pupils/patients.
Our storage calculation will be based on building regulations, 24 hours or inflow.
What Pump do I need?
We offer pumps to deal with the vast majority of waste water applications. From a new toilet under the stairs, to a large housing development, we can offer a pump system for the project. Are pumps reliable?
We are happy to sell our equipment direct to the end user, to a building contractor or to a merchant. You can even buy our pumps online. Call our sales team for help specifying the correct pump to buy in confidence. We also offer a credit account service for limited companies, complete and return our account opening form to make an application.
Can I buy direct from you
Yes. We have been in operation for over 25 years and have a wealth of in house industry experience. We have installed pump systems into some of the most prestigious projects, and you can read more about these in the Case Studies section. We have worked hard to establish ourselves in a competitive industry as a trusted and reliable company, this reputation is earned on the strength of the quality of equipment we supply, and the service we offer.
What does the Emergency Call Out charge include?
We offer full transparency when you call us out in an emergency. We will provide a quote up front, and the cost includes labour and all travelling costs. We charge a minimum of 4 hours per Call Out. Our charge excludes parts.
How often should I have my pump equipment serviced?
The service frequency is subject to application.
Once per annum – Single residential dwelling
Twice per annum – Single residential dwelling where there is a risk of flooding as a result of product failure (for example, basement applications) & Multiple residential dwellings
Four times per annum – Commercial premises
Who should service my equipment?
All maintenance works, inspections and services, must be undertaken by a technically qualified, competent Company/Engineer.
